Starry Summit Mountain Adventures and Media Ltd follows industry best-practices using a Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumptions of Risks and Indemnity Agreement (commonly described as ‘the waiver’) which details risks that may be encountered while participating in one of our guided backcountry adventures. The Waiver document presented (click on the image to download the document) below must be read, understood, and agreed to by any guest participating in one of our guided adventures. This Waiver will be presented to you upon booking an adventure and will be signed in physical (i.e. pen and paper) form on the first day of your trip (after your guide goes through a presentation of the risks and mitigation strategies specific to your booking).
